What your furnace’s air handler does

Another workweek in the bag plus it looks like this weekend is going to be a nice one.

Today my good friend and I will go for a train ride to another town with the youngsters plus look around, my good friend and I may even ride some of the rides at the amusement park too.

The youngsters are getting big enough where my good friend and I don’t have to watch them every second so it makes for a more fun time when my good friend and I go on these afternoons trips with them. Other than that, my good friend and I will be getting our Heating plus A/C system cleaned, namely the air handler. So my good friend and I will tell you a bit about how that works. An air handler is a crucial component of an Heating plus A/C system plus is responsible for circulating air throughout a building. A correct air handler has many key parts including: Blower motor: This is the heart of the air handler plus its primary function is to circulate air through the Heating plus A/C system. It is powered by an electric motor plus is responsible for generating the airflow that is distributed through the HVAC duct, then evaporator coil: The evaporator coil is located inside the air handler plus is responsible for absorbing heat from the indoor air. This is accomplished through a refrigerant that circulates through the coil plus removes heat from the air. Filter: The HEPA filter is responsible for removing debris plus particulates from the air before it is distributed into the building. This helps to improve indoor air quality plus prevent the buildup of dirt plus debris inside the air handler. Overall, these parts work together to supply a comfortable indoor environment by regulating the temperature, improving indoor air quality, plus removing unwanted moisture.
