For the past five years I have been complaining heartily about my living situation.
- I never expected that I would get to this distant location and instantly regret all of my decisions.
However, it seems as though I made a big mistake when I decided to pack up my life and relocate to a current state. At the time, I was just excited for a current adventure and I wanted a change of scenery. This week, I am so tired of battling the traffic, weather, and lower living standards of this distant city. I feel my least preferred part of living here has been in the outdoor temperature. Every afternoon it is severely hot, stagnant, and muggy outside. There is no respite from the summer time weather between May and September. This means, you have to use your a/c unit every single afternoon. I have had a big concern with this a/c lifestyle because my A/C unit is not really good. I have been consistently telling all of my friends and family that this a/c unit is going to be the death of me because it creates such uneven overheated and frigid uneven temperatures throughout the house. It seems like my quarterly bills are consistently higher than the last month, and no matter what I do, the a/c unit never seemed to function like I hoped. Well, the other afternoon my A/C system obviously got tired of all of my trash talking. I tried to adjust the thermostat and found that my cooling unit was not responding. After one single afternoon of living separate from any a/c… I take back all of the nasty things I had to say about my cooling system.
