I am like this with all things in my life. I’m especially this way when it comes to my home. I try to make sure everything is running at its full capacity rather than run into troubles along the way. I entirely believe that this avoid headaches plus unnecessary spending. I am most careful with my heating plus cooling units, and every year, I complete two service checks. In the fall, I do a service check for my heater. In the Spring, I do a service check for my air conditioning. I have been able to identify small problems plus repair them instantly this way, while preventing larger problems. I tried to convince my dad that she should do the same thing for years, but she thought that I was just costing myself more currency. She had a change of heart recently because of her boiler failing in the middle of winter. A piece of her heating component broke in the middle of a chilly winter evening. I called my trusty HVAC serviceman plus she instantly came to my dad’s rescue. She told my dad that she could’ve prevented this complication with a service check. She would’ve noticed this complication plus fixed it before the winter weather came! Needless to say, my dad is on the same page as me now! We’re both making our annual appointments at the same time now. We hold each other accountable!
