Building an HVAC unit from a lawn mower is one of the most interesting things I have ever done.
You may wonder why I decided to build an HVAC unit from a lawn mower in the first place.
The answer is a long story. It happened when I ordered some new parts for my window air conditioner. I loved my window air conditioner even though it was really old and loud. The day that the parts came in from the heating and cooling business, my window air conditioner fell through the window and crashed to the ground into several pieces. I was so upset and I knew I couldn’t afford a new window air conditioner or a central air conditioner, so I decided to rebuild my old faithful window air conditioner. My biggest problem was that I needed new parts for the air conditioner but the heating and cooling store was really pricey. I decided to take some of the parts from my old lawn mower and use them on my window air conditioner. I rigged the air conditioner up and added some new perks to it, like being able to connect to my smart thermostat. It was amazing having a window air conditioner that could be connected to my smart thermostat. When I was finally finished building the a/c unit, I installed it into the window I always have and turned it on. It ran smoothly and I felt like an HVAC mechanic. I ended up taking the air conditioner to the annual HVAC building competition and I won second place!
