I am so enthusiastic to embark on my journey across the country in my modern camper. This is the kind of camper that you pull behind a truck & it is not equipped with heating & cooling. I recently found a space heating system on sale at a outdoors shop & I was so glad. The heating system is electric & can be charged to last up to 12 hours. While traveling, I use the generator to power my electronics. I would just need to make sure that my electric space heating system was charged before each trip. Without the heater, I guess I would be particularly frigid in the cooler temperatures that I will visit. I have consistently avoided snow, so even if I were to forget to charge the heating system on afternoon, it wouldn’t be the end of the world. I was glad to learn that the camper holds heat pretty well, during the afternoon, the heat from the sunshine warms the camper & it stays that way for a long time. When it is frigid or raining is the only time that a heating system would be nice to have. I like to be prepared for anything, so this electric space heating system is giving me peace of mind, however my first trip was perfect. It was sizzling enough to camp outside most afternoons. I visit a lot of parks on my trips & use fires to keep sizzling on frigid afternoons. I am so glad with my modern camper & space heater.
