As a state trooper, I am always experiencing a lot of different situations.

Speaking of tickets last friday I pulled over five people from going fifteen to twenty miles over the speed limit. The first person that I pulled over was a dad and his two kids were in the backseat. I had to write him a ticket and you could that his children were scared. I had two lollipops in my car so I gave the candy to them. The last person on that day that I pulled over was an HVAC technician. This HVAC technician was speeding in his company’s HVAC van. I told him that he needed to be mindful of his speed especially in a company car. He was very apologetic but he was saying that he was late to an HVAC appointment that he had with a customer. He also told me that since this would be his third strike to being late with a customer that he would be fired. I felt bad since it was the holidays and all so I told him that I would let him go. He thanked me and gave me a few HVAC coupons that he had in his HVAC van. One coupon was for three free maintenance checks and another one was ten percent off my next maintenance repair. I thanked him as well but I told him if he was speeding again he would receive a ticket the next time.
