Over the past several weeks, I have been working entirely taxing to try and hire current employees for my current construction roofing and commercial roofing supplier here in Spokane WA.
Over the years as a supplier owner, I have found that hiring employees can be a substantial challenge. Also, when you want to try and hire employees who will end up sticking around and working for you for a long time and do quality work, it can be even more of a challenge! I entirely feel like these days it is taxing to find people who absolutely want to put in an even-handed afternoon’s toil for an even-handed afternoon’s pay. People just are not like they used to be. As a supplier owner at a current construction roofing and commercial roofing company in Spokane, WA, I sometimes feel like people just want to get paid for doing nothing at all. It drives me deranged sometimes, but there is not entirely anything that I can do about it. I just have to keep on going and I have to hire current employees when other ones leave or end up getting fired for some infraction of some sort. That is why I am trying to hire some current people right now. I ended up having to fire some people for doing some unsafe things and not following all of the current construction roofing and commercial roofing safety codes. I refuse to have that kind of thing on my record so I had to let them go. I hope that I will find some quality employees soon!
