In other words, my friend and I are actually busy all the time; Unfortunately for us, my friend and I also tend to have a high turnover rate when it comes to the professionals who come here to work for us. I am not actually sure why my friend and I have such a problem with retention of employees, but that is something that my friend and I are investigating plus working on as time progresses. I know that retention of employees is super important for the success of our supplier in the long term. Anyway, at this point, I am working on finding some current employees who are able to work on heat pumps plus boiler services. At least once in the afternoon, my friend and I get a call in the office from someone who needs to schedule service on a heat pump or a boiler unit. At this point my friend and I are completely backed up because my friend and I do not easily have many professionals who are able to handle heat pumps plus boiler services. Most of our professionals are focused on central air conditioner plus central heating units, plus that leaves us with a backlog of lots of people who are dealing with heat pumps plus boiler troubles, since winter time is coming up fast plus the weather is cooling off quickly, my friend and I easily need to make sure that my friend and I have multiple more people on staff who are able to handle this kind of thing.
