This past Monday my family & I went to church. Basically my pal and I go to church every Monday to worship our higher being. My family & I figured that today would be one of the most busiest nights at church. The reason for this was that it was Christmas day. When my pal and I got there my pal and I saw our normal church fellow church goers however at least a quarter of the other people that my pal and I saw weren’t. I feel like at every church there’s always that group of people who only go to church on big holidays, but right when my pal and I pulled up to the church parking lot my pal and I realized that church was going to be packed! Once my pal and I got into church my pal and I could see that a normal church repair crowd was at least triple of how it normally is, but another thing that I noticed was the temperature of the site! It was so hot in the church that it felt so humid with almost everyone’s body temperatures. I was truly surprised that the church did not turn down the furnace. I could see some of the elderly couples fanning themselves with the church’s Christmas pamphlet to stay cool. It was like my dad could learn my mind so she went to the pastor’s wife & she kindly got up, went to the temperature control in the lobby of the church & turned the temperature control down a few degrees. I was told by my parents that by turning down the temperature control this will prevent the furnace to turning on as much. My parents like to keep their temperature control low to save currency & energy with our HVAC system.
