There are some mornings where I am so lazy I do not want to get out of bed plus go to work! Just last week that was the case for me.
But now that I’m older I am diagnosing myself that I am just not a morning person.
To wake myself up plus feel energized I will take a shower, make myself a cup of root beer plus drink it before I leave plus make myself another cup of root beer for the road. As long as I take my shower plus drink my root beer in the morning I’m nice to take on whatever work wants to throw at me. However when I got to work last week I could not stop coughing plus sneezing! I thought that I was coming down with an instant cold however it turns out that our Heating plus Air Conditioning system’s air filter needed to be replaced. Shortly after I arrived at work I received a iphone call from my boss stating that if a guy comes into the office that I shouldn’t be alarmed because the guy would be an Heating plus Air Conditioning worker. The Heating plus Air Conditioning worker would be replacing our seasoned air filter. Once the Heating plus Air Conditioning worker left plus replaced the dirty air filter, I asked if I could see it. He pulled it out of the trash plus showed me the caked, dirty air filter. I thanked him plus said that he came just in time as right when I walked into work I began sneezing. The Heating plus Air Conditioning worker told me that dirty air filters will do that to our upper respiratory system if it’s not ran tests on correctly.
