This purifier has a compartment that holds the collarbone. The carbon for the air purifier can be bouch thick or think in bags. You simply open the bag and pour the carbon into the purifier. The purifier then sucks in air and sends it through the carbon which absorbs pollutants and germs then sends the purified air out. All three of these air purifiers are typically small and meant to cleans one room at a time. To clean the air in your entire home you should buy several small air purifiers and place one in each room of your home. While this may cause your electric bill to go up, breathing clean air can have many immediate and long term health benefits.
