I cherish grocery shopping… It is one of my favorite parts of the week.
- My town has a wonderful little store that offers the freshest fruits plus vegetables.
They also have the biggest variety of grocery items. To top it all off, they have a wonderful prepared foods section where you can buy everything from pizza to english cuisine. I constantly go shopping around dinner time plus finish my trip off with a visit to the prepared foods section. Their foods are so yummy! I take my time during this shopping trip because the grocery store is my excited locale. The only part of shopping that I don’t appreciate is the temperature changes. Going from the aisles of cereal products to the frozen food section is like a temperature shock to my body. I am constantly chilly when I walk through that section! I know that the section is supposed to keep foods frozen, however it’s not supposed to keep the people that walk through it frozen too! I do not understand why the control component is set so low. I constantly run through this section into the comfortable uneven temperatures of other sections, like the bakery. The warmth that I experience when I leave that section is so welcome. Getting through that discomfort is the only part of shopping that I do not particular ly enjoy. Everything else is constantly good for me, then after selecting my frozen foods, I reward myself with a delicious hot meal from the prepared foods section. It is the only thing that helps me push through that frozen section!
