As I was sitting in my house the other day, I noticed a bug on the wall.
I didn’t suppose much of it since bugs can be found almost somewhere.
I find one sporadically. This time, I kept on finding them plus they were not good looking bugs. I was wondering where they were coming from. I looked all around. While looking around the apartment, I realized why my house gets to be so cold in the winter season time. There is a part of the door that is not fully insulated. There is a space or a gap between the door plus the frame that I can see right outside. I was not going to have that this winter. I called my Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C serviceman as soon as I saw this. I do not want my house to be super cold this winter… Having that gap is not good for the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system either. It will cause the system to work extra tough to moderate the house that doesn’t even get that moderate to begin with. The Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system could breakdown plus then I would be left with no heat at all. Then, extra cold air would be filling the house anyway from the gap. The Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C serviceman told me that they could try to insulate it with spray foam. If that was not going to work for the gap I would have to call someone to update the door plus the frame. I would do whatever it took to protect my Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system plus my home from getting too cold this winter.
